What to Include When Emailing Support
- Your full name and dashboard username
- Account number (starts with 7PV) if the issue is account-specific

Onboarding Calls
FFN offers personalized onboarding calls for new traders. During the call, a support team member will walk you through the platform, explain the rules, and make sure you are set up correctly. To schedule, check the email titled "Important please read" you received when you signed up with FFN.
