Frequently Asked Questions
How many accounts can I copy trade?
You can copy trade a maximum of 5 accounts. You cannot have more than 5 accounts trading at one time on the same product simultaneously. If that happens, none of the accounts that took that trade will be eligible for funding.
What are the preferred platforms?
At FFN, we offer the following platforms: Onyx, Quantower (FundX), EdgeProX, MotiveWave Mobile and NinjaTrader. To learn more, head over to our Preferred Platforms page.
How much does it cost to Reset my Exhibition Account?
Instead of starting over in the Evaluation account, you can reset your Exhibition account for the following fees:
- $25k: $312.50
- $50k: $625
- $100k: $1,250
- $150k: $1,875
- $250k: $3,125
Can I have more than one account?
Yes, you can have up to a total of 10 accounts, however, you can only have 5 funded accounts. If you have 10 accounts, 5 will be made funded, and the others will remain in the evaluation or exhibition phase until you close the funded accounts. Note that MAX accounts skip the exhibition stage entirely. All final decisions are at the sole discretion of FFN.
Do you offer an affiliate program?
Yes! Click HERE to join Funded Futures Network's affiliate program.
What fees do I pay once I pass the evaluation?
There is an initial $120 Activation Fee after passing your evaluation — all account sizes are the same amount, and this is paid per account, so if you have 5 accounts, you will pay 5 activation fees. This will get emailed to you as an invoice once your account is audited and has been deemed to have passed.
For OG accounts, this activates your Exhibition Account. For MAX accounts (which have no exhibition stage), this activates your Funded account directly.
Once you are in the Funded Pro account, there are professional data fees payable, and this will be deducted from your Broker account balance every month. The fee amount is $126/month.
What are the commissions on each product & what products can I trade?
For detailed information on each of the trading products we offer, see our Country Restrictions & Product List article in our Help Center, which includes the full product and commission table.
Am I (The Trader) responsible for fees?
During your evaluation period, the fees and commissions WILL be calculated and applied to your evaluation SIM balance, so it's important when tracking your PnL to account for the costs involved in each transaction.
Am I allowed to trade Micro products? Which Micros do I have access to?
Yes, you may trade E-micro products such as MES, MNQ, M2K, MYM, MCL, MBT, and MET. If there is a particular Micro product that you wish to trade, and it is not listed as one of our available products, feel free to reach out to the support team and we are likely to make the necessary adjustments for you to trade that product.
We currently list Micro ES, Micro NQ, Micro Dow, Micro Crude Oil, Micro Bitcoin, Micro Eth, and soon to come Nano-BTC (an even smaller Bitcoin contract!).
Can I trade during high impact news events?
During the Evaluation period: Yes.
While trading the Exhibition or Funded-Pro Account: For details on trading during high impact news events in both the Exhibition and Funded-Pro Accounts, please take the time to watch our video found HERE.
You must make use of Financial Juice news calendar — no other news calendar is accepted.
What is considered a T1 News Event?
T1 News Events cannot be traded. Tier 1 News includes:
For All Traders in Exhibition and Funded Accounts: FOMC Meetings (Wednesdays 2pm ET), FOMC Minutes, Employment Report (NFP), CPI
For Energy Traders: EIA
For Agricultural Traders: Agricultural Reports
You must be flat — meaning no positions or orders (including limit orders) can be open 1 minute before and 1 minute after the release. Having a resting order on your chart is not considered flat. All positions must be flattened at least one minute before the scheduled T1 News event, you must remain flat until 1 minute after the event's start time.
For example, if news is at 8:30, positions must be closed by 8:29:00 or earlier, and may only be reopened after 8:31:00.
Although news Trading Protocols are in place, you are permitted to trade around other news releases if you so choose. However, it's important to recognize that broker data issues or disruptions can happen during these events. Therefore, it is highly recommended to avoid trading during news releases to minimize potential risks. FFN does not assume responsibility for any problems that may occur if you decide to trade during these times.
Can I hold trades overnight, or through multiple trading sessions?
No. ALL positions opened by our traders MUST be closed by 04:50pm EST. Traders are permitted to trade DURING the overnight session if they wish to do so, beginning at 06:00 pm EST, all the way through to 04:50 pm EST the following day.

Why should I choose FFN?
At FFN we pride ourselves on being the most trader-focused remote prop firm in existence. FFN is a company created by REAL traders with REAL experience, and a passion for running a shop that operates with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
FFN's main goal is to bring as many funded traders on board as possible. Others in the funded trading space require overly restrictive stipulations that hinder trading, and trap traders in a frustrating cycle. FFN puts the funding of profitable traders, and the education of aspiring funded traders of the future, at the forefront of their entire operation.
FFN's founders are made up of active traders and successful business owners, who know exactly what it takes to succeed in trading, and most importantly, achieve consistency and longevity in the business of being an active trader.

Can I use my trading bot?
Automated trading is allowed but at the discretion of FFN. Any traders implementing HFT trading bots or attempting to exploit the simulated environment will lose access to their account.
How do Payouts work?
Be aware of the restricted times you are not allowed to trade during news events. Please refer to the rules page "trading the news" text and "Allowed Hours" video on our website.
Sim Funded Pro Account: Payouts can be requested the same day you're eligible, provided you have met your account minimum threshold and are within the consistency rule (40% for OG and Standard MAX funded accounts, 25% for Express MAX funded accounts). This account has an 80/20 profit split. When a withdrawal is initiated & processed, FFN will take 20% and distribute the remaining 80% to the trader. Maximum withdrawal of $10,000 per user per payout. This amount is cumulative across all of your accounts and you are not permitted to request several withdrawals across several accounts if they are copy traded.
Live Funded Pro Account: No consistency rule, daily same day payouts with no maximum. This account has a 90/10 profit split. When a withdrawal is initiated & processed, FFN will take 10% and distribute the remaining 90% to the trader. If you have multiple Live Funded Pro accounts, they will all be separate accounts that you are allowed to copy trade.
Consistency Reset: When you make a withdrawal, your consistency rule resets on that account. The consistency reset is per account after each payout. For example, if you copy trade 5 accounts and withdraw from 2 of them, only those 2 accounts have their consistency reset — the other 3 are unaffected. Note: your best day P&L never resets.
Minimum withdrawal: $500
Account Minimum Thresholds (your balance must be at least $500 above the threshold to qualify for a withdrawal):
- 25K Account: $26,500
- 50K Account: $52,000
- 100K Account: $103,600
- 150K Account: $155,000
- 250K Account: $256,000
A balance below the Account Minimum Threshold alone does not mean a broken rule, but you will have to meet the Account Minimum Threshold before withdrawing again.
Payout methods: PayPal, bank wire, or ACH (ACH by default).
Which Countries Are Restricted?
For the full list of restricted countries and available trading products, see our Country Restrictions & Product List article.
Can I hedge against 2 accounts?
No. When you are in the Evaluation, Exhibition and Funded stage, this would be considered a broken rule making you no longer eligible for funding. Any product traded against each other will trigger the Hedging rule.
This means at no time can you go long on one product and short on another. A micro and a mini contract are considered different products — which means for example, you cannot go long on NQ and short on MNQ.
Another example would be GC long and NQ short. We do not allow any two or more products to be traded in different directions.
Can I keep all the funds I make if I decide to close out all of my accounts?
If you choose to close your accounts, you will forfeit your profits on any accounts closed. This includes funded accounts.
